The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the acquisition of the petitioners land as per the 'Act of 2013' and thereafter to disburse the interest amount on the total compensation amount as per Section 80 of the 'Act of 2013' since 2013 to till date. ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to grant interest over the entire compensation amount at the rate of 15%. iii) That, any appropriate writ, direction or order may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners, which this Hon'ble court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition as the petitioner has already given consent for acquisition of his land under the Policy, 2016 formulated by the State Government. 3. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Certified copy as per rules.
