This is an application for substitution of respondent No.1 in Civil Revision Petition No. 18 of 2025 by the opposite party No.1. herein. It is stated that the original respondent in the civil revision petition who was the plaintiff in Title Suit No. 314 (T) of 2013, has passed away on 20.07.2025. It is also submitted that pursuant to the demise of the original respondent No.1/plaintiff, opposite party No.1 herein has been substituted in place of the deceased in the Title Suit No. 314(T) of 2013. Learned counsels appearing for the opposite parties have no objection to the prayer made in this application. Resultantly, the application is allowed. The opposite party No.1 herein is substituted in place of the respondent No.1 in CRP No. 18 of 2025. The applicant shall take appropriate steps to modify the cause title of the CRP No. 18 of 2025.
