The revisonal application has been preferred praying for expeditious trial and disposal of proceeding being Maintenance Case no. 806 of 2022 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas. 2. It appears that the Misc. case for maintenance is pending since 2022. It is submitted that till date, the prayer for interim maintenance has not been considered. 3. Considering the nature of relief prayed for by the petitioner, service in the present case is dispensed with. 4. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of with a direction that the Trial court shall positively hear the prayer for interim maintenance, filed by the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of communication of the order and to make every endeavour to dispose of maintenance case preferably within a period of one year from the date of the interim maintenance order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5. The revisional application being CRR 3199 of 2026 is thus disposed of. 2 6.
