Learned Advocate for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 7471 of 2026, in support of his submissions, has placed reliance on “Tej Prakash Pathak and Others V/s Rajasthan High Court and Others” 2025 (2) SCC 1. It is pertinent to note here that in the decision rendered at the Principal Seat, the said judgment is already considered in paragraph No.11.
