1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.
2. The petitioner was an employee of the respondent no. 2, having joined service sometime in 1990. The petitioner retired from service on 30.04.2026 and has been paid all his retiral benefits upon negligible delay.
3. However, insofar as the Provident Fund is concerned, the petitioner has only been paid 10% of the entire amount, which leaves a balance of approximately Rs.45,82,693/-.
4. The petitioner is also entitled to increment of pension from May 2026.
5. In view thereof, respondent no. 8 is directed to quantify the pension amount payable to the petitioner

under the Employees' Pension Scheme (EPS) 1995, upon granting necessary increment to which the petitioner is entitled.
6. This quantification will be intimated to the respondent no. 4 to enable him to make the necessary disbursement in favor of the petitioner by 31.08.2026.
7. The respondent no. 4 is also directed to make the disbursement insofar as 90% of the gratuity amount payable to the petitioner is concerned, by 31.08.2026.
8. With these afore-stated directions, the writ-petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
