Affidavit of service as filed be kept with the record. 2. The petitioner is one of the two wives of a deceased employee who worked as a Camp Bearer under the Civil Defence Establishment of the Government of West Bengal. The employee has rendered qualifying service, entitling him to obtain pension. 3. This dispute has arisen as there are two wives; the petitioner and the respondent no. 8 who claim entitlement to the family pension on account of the deceased employee. 4. Since the representation has not been made before the appropriate authority, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a representation before the respondent no. 3. 5. The respondent no. 3 will consider the representation upon hearing the petitioner and the respondent no. 8. The representation will be disposed of by a reasoned order. 6. The entire exercise should be completed by 31.12.2026 and the resultant order will be communicated to the petitioner and the respondent no. 8. 7.
