Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is still under adjudication and, as such, no appeal is filed. 2. In view of the above, the petitioner is given liberty to make appropriate application before the District Election Officer for consideration of the case of the petitioner for including the name of the petitioner in the voter list within a week from date. 3. If any representation is made by the petitioner before the District Election Officer, the District Election Officer shall consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner within a period of four weeks on receipt of the application, if any, filed by the petitioner. 4. WPA 15498 of 2026 is disposed of. 5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
