1. Affidavit of service filed. Let it be taken on record.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite parties have duly been served. Learned counsel submits that pursuant to the RTI the petitioner has got an information that the pecuniary jurisdiction of Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), 1st Court, Uluberia, Howrah is upto Rs.60,000/-. Learned counsel submits that on 10th August, 2022 when the matter was taken up for hearing, the plaintiff / petitioner could not furnish this information. Learned counsel further submits that the matter may be remanded back to the learned Trial Court with liberty to the petitioner / plaintiff to furnish the same before the learned Trial Court.
3. In the circumstances, the order dated 10th August, 2022 passed in TS No. 430 of 2022 is set aside. The matter is remanded back to the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), 1st Court, Uluberia.

4. Let the petitioner / plaintiff furnish the relevant record for satisfying the learned Judge over the jurisdiction.
5. Accordingly, present revision petition is disposed of.
6. However, it is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expression made herein shall tantamount to be an expression on the merits of the case.
7. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
