This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiffs praying for direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, to dispose of the injunction application filed in Title Suit no. 1121 of 2016, expeditiously. From the order sheets appended to this applicaton, this Court finds that 16th December, 2026 has been fixed for filing of the reply to the show cause by the plaintiffs. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite parties. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioners, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, at Barasat, to take up the matter for a decision on the show cause on the next date fixed i.e. 16th December, 2026 and proceed thereafter in accordance with law. If the decision on the show cause is in favour of the plaintiffs/petitioners, the learned Trail Judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the application for injunction as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary
2 adjournments to either of the parties. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
