The petitioner has filed the present writ application with the prayer for a direction upon the SIR Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has cleared the examination for appointment of teacher and counselling will be started shortly but due to deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the authorities will not accept the candidature of the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has preferred an appeal and the same is pending before the appellate Tribunal. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal as early as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4. Accordingly, WPA 16038 of 2026 is disposed of. 5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
