None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press the present petition despite repeated calls. 2. Also heard Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for the respondent/State, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 and Mr. Amit Kumar, 3 learned counsel for the caveator. 3. The present writ petition styled as ‘Public Interest Litigation’ has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 20.03.2023 (ANNEXURE P/1) and call for fresh allotment of shops. 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 4. The present writ petition, styled as a ‘Public Interest Litigation’, has been filed by the petitioner seeking the reliefs as mentioned in the petition, including quashing of the order dated 20.03.2023 and a direction for fresh allotment of the shops constructed under the “Swawlamban Scheme” at Champa, District Janjgir-Champa. 5. Learned State counsel submits that the return has already been filed on behalf of the State and the stand of the State has been placed on record. However, despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner to press the present petition. 6. In view of the continued non-appearance of the petitioner and as there is no one to press the present petition, we are not inclined to proceed further with the matter. 7.
