This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner feeling aggrieved by the order passed by respondent no.3-District Magistrate/Licensing Authority, Nainital, whereby the foreign liquor shop allotted to respondent no.4 was shifted from Bajoon to Kaladhungi Road. 4. On the face of it the said order has not been challenged by the petitioner in the present writ petition. 5. Even otherwise if the petitioner who claims to be one of the allottees of the foreign liquor shop at Kaladhungi, he may prefer an appeal against the order passed by the respondent no.3-District Magistrate/Licensing Authority, Nainital, before the Excise Commissioner under Section 11(1) of the U.P. Excise Act, 1910. 6. In such view of the matter, this Court declines to interfere in the matter. 7.
