JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER 1. This Court vide order dated 19.05.2026 has suspended the sentence subject to petitioner depositing further 30% of the fine amount before the Trial Court within four weeks. Inspite of this direction, the same is not complied with. On perusal of the judgment of the Trial Court, in paragraphs 17 and 19, it has taken note of the defence which was taken by the revision petitioner that there was a transaction between him and DW2. According to the accused, he had transaction with DW2, but DW2 comes before the Court and denies the same. The Trial Court having taken note of the defence and also the cross examination in paragraphs 17 and 19 and so also in 23 has come to the conclusion that the defence was not substantiated. The same is also taken note by the First Appellate Court in Crl.A.No.106/2025.
