ORAL ORDER
In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:-
“A) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to regularize the services of the Petitioner with all consequential benefits by considering the representation vide Annexure-E, E1 & E2 dated 03.02.2026. B) Issue any other writ or direction as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and perused the material on record.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations dated 03.02.2026 at Annexures-E, E1 and E2 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these

circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.
4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representations dated 03.02.2026 at Annexures-E, E1 and E2 and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands
