2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Bongaigaon P.S. Case No.18/2026 under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/304/351(2)/3(5) of BNS.
3. Today is the 60th day of detention of the petitioner. Therefore, he is entitled to default bail. His bail application is allowed.
4. The petitioner Abdul Malek shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bongaigaon. With the aforesaid direction, the present bail application is disposed of.
