Today is the 60th day of detention of the petitioner. Therefore, he is entitled to default bail. His bail application is allowed. 4. The petitioner Abdul Malek shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bongaigaon.
