Matter is heard in presence of learned advocates representing petitioner and State respondents. 2. It is alleged by the learned advocate representing petitioner that there is overt action on the part of concerned police authorities while investigating Jamuria Police Station Case No. 75 of 2026 dated 6th March, 2026 under certain provisions of BNS. 3. It is further submitted that respondent no. 5 lodged a complaint against her husband being petitioner herein based on which criminal prosecution has been initiated on registering FIR. 4. Learned advocate representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 12th August, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, 2 Jamuria Police Station and same is taken on record. Copy of the communication is made over to the learned advocate representing petitioner. 5. It is disclosed in the communication that on completing investigation in aforesaid case charge sheet dated 30th July, 2026 was filed before jurisdictional Magistrate. 6. In view of filing of charge sheet no further order need be passed on this writ petition since investigation is complete. 7. Hence, writ petition stands disposed of. 8.
