Rajkumari Manikpuri passed away and despite repeated contact, the competent persons of the society are not responding. Thus, she submits that at this stage this writ petition may be disposed of, permitting the petitioner to file a fresh petition in case of any cause of action subsist or eventuality arises. 3.
