2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that writ petition filed by the registered society through its President, Smt. Rajkumar Manikpuri. During pendency of this writ petition, Smt. Rajkumari Manikpuri passed away and despite repeated contact, the competent persons of the society are not responding. Thus, she submits that at this stage this writ petition may be
disposed of, permitting the petitioner to file a fresh petition in case of any cause of action subsist or eventuality arises.
3. Learned counsel for the respective respondents have not raised any objection with regard to the submission made by the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of and interim order granted earlier on 26.10.2021 is discharged.
