1. Heard. 2. This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:-

writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders directing the respondents to release the remaining payment of fifty percent for the construction work done in accordance with the agreement No.DL/103, DL/105 and DL/105 and authorize payments as has been admitted in letter dated 12/04/2022; 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.”
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that based on some Tender Agreement some work has been executed by the petitioner, however, payment could not be made, as such this petition was filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he may be permitted to submit representation before the authorities concerned and the authorities may be directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law. 4. Learned State counsel submits that though the matter relates to tender, however, since the petitioner has made a limited prayer that his representation may be directed to be decided in accordance with law, therefore, he is having no objection. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 6.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and particularly considering the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application/representation before the authorities concerned and in turn the authorities concerned are directed to consider and decide the same
3 in accordance with law, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. 8. Interlocutory application(s), pending if any, also stands disposed of. Sd/-
