1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10:1. that, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order, direction to the respondents to decide the representation (Annexure- P/1) as early as possible. Further, may kindly be
directed the respondents to compensate the petitioner with interest of 12% per annum in the interest of justice. 10:2.that, the Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to pass direction to pay compensation immediately and also pass any order, direction to disburse the compensation or issue any suitable writ as may deem fit under the circumstances of the case including the cost of the petition.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the afflux of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. No objection has been raised from other side.
