Paul Avenue Branch, Kolkata, is debit freezed on the allegation that certain illegal transactions were made on such account. 3. According to the submission made on behalf of the State Bank of India in terms of intimation forwarded by the investigating agency, account of the petitioner is debit freezed and disputed amount in connection with account of the petitioner is Rs.23,001/-. 4. Taking note of the submission made on behalf of bank authority, petitioner shall be permitted to operate his bank account, excluding Rs.23,001/- which shall be marked as ‘lien’. 5.
