CMP No.3895 of 2026 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of the applicant/respondent for release of the balance awarded amount of compensation. As per the applicant, since the appeal has been finally decided by this Hon’ble Court on 08.12.2025, therefore, the entire balance awarded amount of compensation may be released in his favour. 2. No reply is intended to be filed to the application. Learned counsel for the non-applicants/appellants has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed. 3 Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with the affidavit of applicant- Govind Singh Pathania, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the balance awarded amount of compensation, alongwith up-to-date interest, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, in favour of the applicant/respondent, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to his bank account, details whereof have been given in para-4 of the application.
