Deka, the learned Standing Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent No. 1 and Ms. H. Terangpi, the learned Standing Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 2. Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, notice upon the respondent No. 4 is dispensed with. 3. The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent No. 1, in taking up the second appeal filed by the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner herein is the inaction on the part of the Appellate Authority in not passing orders against the appeal filed by the Page No.# 3/4 petitioner under Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005. 4. This Court has duly taken note of the information sought for by the petitioner vide the application dated 02.01.2025 filed under the Right to Information Act, 2005. It is seen that the respondent No. 4 had provided information on 11.02.2025 in respect to all the queries made, except those at serial Nos. 16 and 17 of the said application. 5. This Court has perused the queries made at serial Nos. 16 and 17 of the application filed by the petitioner dated 02.01.2025. The said queries pertain to whether the retired individual is served/provided with a copy of the approval order for provisional pension, and whether it is legally required to serve the retired individual with a copy of the approval order or not. 6. This Court enquired with the learned Standing Counsel who appears on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3, who submits that it is a requirement of law that the retired individual be served with the approval order for provisional pension. 7. Taking into account above, the queries made at serial Nos. 16 and 17 of the application dated 02.01.2025 having been satisfied, nothing further remains in the instant proceedings. Page No.# 4/4 8.
