Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.i Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to cancel the transfer of the petitioner dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 10.ii To quash the impugned order dated 23.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) 10.iii To cancel the appointment order of the new teacher ie., Respondent No. 7 dated 26.03.2025 (Annexure P-3) 10.iv Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order dated 23.09.2025 passed by Divisional Level Committee constituted under the Rationalization Scheme of the State Government to consider the grievance of Teachers shifted under the rationalization scheme. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is having alternate remedy of filing appeal before the State Government under the rationalization scheme. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to submit representation before the committee constituted at the State level. 5. In view of above, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to submit an appeal/ representation before the State Level Committee. In the event, petitioner submits appeal/ representation before the State Level committee, the concerned committee shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of appeal/ representation. 6.
