The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to ssue a writ in the nature of Certiorari, thereby calling for the entire records of the case and quashing/setting aside the impugned Charge Sheet/Order dated 24.11.2025 (Annexure P/15) issued by the Office of Divisional Forest Officer, Marwahi Forest Division, as the same is arbitrary, malafide, and amounts to double jeopardy. 2 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the next higher post in the Departmental Promotion Committee proceedings initiated vide order dated 19.11.2025 (Annexure P/16), without being influenced by the impugned charge sheet/departmental enquiry, and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner 10.3 T That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to restrain the respondent authorities from effecting any recovery from the salary of the petitioner pursuant to the impugned proceedings. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given. ” 2.
