Pal before this Court that as per terms of settlement dated 09.05.2026 only Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand) is paid out of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac) till May, 2026. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall clear the balance amount shortly. The present petitioner challenged the order dated 28.08.2025 passed in Misc. Accordingly, this case stands disposed of. However, the petitioner shall ensure the order dated 09.05.2026 on or before the next hearing of the main case pending before the Court of Learned Addl.
