“The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for quashing of the order dated 15.10.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the CJM, Faridabad in case FIR No.96 dated 01.02.2023 registered under Sections 406, 420, 506, 120-B IPC (corresponding Sections 316, 318(4), 351(2), 61 of BNS, 2023) whereby the petitioner’s bail was cancelled and the bail bonds and surety bonds were forfeited for non-appearance before the Trial Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that on account of a medical condition of the petitioner, he remained absent on 15.10.2025 because of which the impugned order came to be passed. He states that he is ready and willing to join proceedings once again. Notice of motion for 28.07.2026. In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today subject to a deposit of Rs.25,000/- as costs with the Punjab and Haryana High Court Dispensary Welfare Fund, A/c No.45115269583, SBI, Sector 16, Chandigarh and on his doing he shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.” KUSUM 2026.07.28 17:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC Chandigarh

2. In pursuance to the afore-mentioned order, the petitioner has been released and has since been admitted to the interim bail vide order dated 19.05.2026. A copy of this order is taken on record and marked as ‘Mark A’. The petitioner has already deposited the amount of Rs.25,000/-.
3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
4. It is expected that the petitioner shall not absent himself from trial without sufficient cause.
