The said G.Ramalingam has not been arrayed as a party in this writ petition. 2. The Block Development Officer and the other official respondents in this writ petition cannot adjudicate on the rival title claim between the petitioner and the above mentioned G.Ramalingam. Any such dispute should be carried to the jurisdictional civil Court.
