Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 18.03.2026 before the respondents 1 to 4, seeking issuance of patta on his favour, after cancelling the patta issued in favour of the fifth respondent. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 18.03.2026 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
