At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of para 18 of the return filed by the State, he does not press this petition. However, he seeks liberty to file a fresh petition in case any exigency arises in future. 3. In view of the above, the Petition is dismissed, as not pressed, with liberty as prayed for.
