1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. The petitioner alleges non release of increment on account of upgrading his educational qualification to B.Ed. The petitioner was previously serving in a school at Howrah from 2006. In 2014, she has been transferred to a school in North 24 Parganas. 3. The B.Ed course was of two years. The petitioner started her course when she was in Howrah but by the time she completed the course, she was transferred to North 24 Parganas. The petitioner claims to have obtained B.Ed qualification in the year 2015. 4. The petitioner submits that as her B.Ed qualification has not been updated in her service records, accordingly, she is not getting the increment as per her qualification. Page 2
