Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner has filed the appeal in physical form by virtue of her voter card being EPIC No. WB/22/159/216354. He submits that the petitioner is a cardiac patient and is not in a position to go to abroad for his specialized treatment and due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the petitioner is not in a position to get the passport and the VISA. Accordingly, the petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the appeal by the Appellate Tribunal as early as possible. 2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3. Accordingly, WPA 20738 of 2026 stands disposed of. 2 4. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Krishna Rao, J.)
