The petitioner is aggrieved that the disciplinary proceedings, which have been commenced against him for unauthorized absence from work, sometime in 2018 has not yet been progressed, let alone concluded. 2. The proceedings are still pending before the Enquiry Officer and no report has been filed by the Enquiry Officer. 3. The authorities will conclude the entire proceedings by November 15, 2026. 4. The petitioner’s grievance will depend on the outcome of the enquiry proceedings. The petitioner will be entitled to raise all issues before the Enquiry Officer and the Disciplinary Authority, including the issues regarding the belated timelines insofar as the initiation of the proceedings is concerned. 5. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 2 6. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 7.
