It is the case of the petitioner that petitioner has not been served with the notice by respondent- authorities before passing an impugned order. 4. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the fact that the provisions under Sections 79A and 79B of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act,1961 has been amended and deleted by the State, I am of the view that the impugned order at Annexure-D requires to be quashed and accordingly, the revenue authorities are directed to enter the name of the petitioner in respect of the land in Sy.No.111 of Shivanapura Village, Dasanapura Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk, Bengaluru, forthwith.
