Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, upon instructions, that the petitioner has decided not to proceed with the writ petition any further.

Learned counsel for National Testing Agency submits that the petitioner is guilty of forgery, and that the e-mails annexed to the writ petition allegedly forwarded by the petitioner are also false.
3. As the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the writ petition, the same stands dismissed as ‘not pressed’.
4. It will be open for the authority to take steps in the matter in accordance with law.
5. Written instructions dated August 3, 2026 by the petitioner filed in Court be taken on record. Photocopy of the OMR and the marks obtained by
the petitioner on five subsequent occasions she appeared in NEET handed over by the learned advocate representing NTA be retained with the records.
