At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to move a representation raising his grievances therein before the respondent authorities. 3. Counsel for the respondent University submits that if the petitioner moves such a representation, it will be decided by them in accordance with law. 4. In view of the submission of the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty in favour of the petitioner to move a suitable representation before the respondent authorities.
