Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 18.01.2023 before the official respondents, requesting them to cancel the patta issued in favour of the 4th respondent and for issuance of a fresh patta in favour of the petitioner. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be disposed of within a period of 12 weeks and hence, she requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.01.2023 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 10.
