The said representation was not considered by the respondents in this writ petition. 2. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER The writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation vide Annexure-C dated 04.12.2024 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with the law within a period of one month from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. 4.
