Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the charge is yet to be framed and that the petitioner would like to urge before the learned Trial Court that no offence is made out against him. He further submits that, in the event any adverse order is passed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to make the aforesaid submission before the learned Trial Court. 3.
