The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition being WPA 4465(W) of 2020 was disposed of by an order passed on August 19, 2020, in connection with MAT 514 of 2020. 3. The instant writ application has been filed challenging a communication dated January 24, 2020, issued by the respondent Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., and the Deputy General Manager, LPG, Regional Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. 4. It appears that by an order dated August 19, 2020 passed in MAT 514 of 2020, the impugned communication dated January 24, 2020, was directed to be quashed and the appeal being 2 MAT 514 of 2020, along with connected application as well as writ petition being WPA 4465(W) of 2020 was disposed of. 5. In such circumstances, no further order need be passed. 6. Department will treat the instant WPA 4465(W) of 2020 as disposed of. 7. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently. 8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 9.
