Keep the same in the record. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is that the co-accused person was demanding extortion amounting of Rs.5,00,00,000/- and the petitioner is a member of gang which indulges in making demand of extortion from different companies. It is further submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are all false and the petitioner is involved in eight cases out of which in three cases, the petitioner has been acquitted and in rest five cases, the petitioner is on bail. It is then submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 26.08.2025, as has been mentioned in paragraph no. 07 of the bail application. It is next submitted that the petitioner undertakes to cooperate with the trial of the case and further undertakes that he will not annoy or disturb the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the co-accused persons with similar allegation have already been admitted to bail by coordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 18.12.2025 and 12.01.2026 in B.A. Nos.10743 and 11167 of 2025 respectively. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be admitted to bail. The learned Spl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the submissions of the counsels and the fact as discussed above, I am inclined to enlarge the abovenamed petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Ranchi, in connection with Argora P.S.
