THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE and HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE K.S. HEMALEKHA ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE) 1. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 27.02.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge of this court in W.P.No.46195/2017 (L-RES). 2. Plain reading of the said order indicates that the learned Single Judge had affirmed the award passed by the III Additional Labour Court, Bengaluru in Industrial Dispute No.30/2014 [Labour Court] and rejected the writ petition preferred by the accused- management. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010466552026 NC: 2026:KHC:41843-DB CCC No. 826 of 2026 3. It is the complainant's case that the award of the Labour Court has not been complied with. However, the said order is an executable order and we are unable to accept that any proceedings for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is warranted.
