Recording the submission of Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner and the response of the State and having regard to the fact that the complaint dated 2nd April, 2026 was lodged at the P.S. concerned followed by a representation addressed to opposite party No.3 as per Annexure-2 series and the grievance petition to the Director General of Police, Odisha, Cuttack vide Annexure-3 series and claiming that still there is no action, this Court is inclined to direct opposite party No.4 to immediately entertain the same and if in case any cognizable offences found to have been committed by the accused persons named therein to register the same as FIR and thereafter to proceed in accordance with law. 2. Hence, it is ordered. 3. In the result, the CRLMP stands disposed of with the direction as aforesaid for compliance by opposite party No.4 soon after receiving a copy of the order. 4. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules. 5. A copy of the order be handed over to Mr. Behera, learned AGA for the State for onward intimation to opposite party No.4 and compliance. (R.K.
