1. The petitioner is alleged to put the defacto complainant under physical and mental pressure some 2 years ago.
2. He also abducted the defacto complainant in the year 2024 and kept the defacto complainant under an confinement for 7 days in the residence of the accused persons. Ultimately the defacto complainant managed to flee away. Thereafter, the petitioner is also alleged to have used criminal intimidation against the defacto complainant. He prays for anticipatory bail.

3. On the other hand, learned advocate appearing for the State relies upon the materials in the case diary. He refers to the statement of witnesses recorded under Section 180 BNSS.

Learned advocate of the State submits that beside this case, the petitioner has at least 6(six) previous cases pending against him involving the offences under various sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as Arms Act. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for the anticipatory bail.
5. In such circumstances, considering the nature of allegations as well as the materials in the case diary, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.
6. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected.
7. CRM(A) of 2457 of 2026 is dismissed.
