This petition has been preferred for seeking a direction against the respondent authorities to add the additional amount of Rs. 5 lakhs to the total theft properties of Rs. 12 lakhs, but the F.I.R. has been lodged for theft properties amounting to Rs. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submit that the petition has become infructuous as no cause of action arises and seek permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 3.
