Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the representations of the Petitioner as per Annexure-B dated 28.01.2026. 2. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondents to Re- fix seniority list strictly based on date of initial appointment, date of promotion. 3. Direct the Respondent to Re do the provisional seniority list dated 31/12/2025 as per Annexure-A. 4. Direct the Respondent No.1 to fix the seniority of the Petitioner above Smt. L.B. Direct the Respondents not to finalize the seniority list without considering the Petitioner’s representation. 6. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 28.01.2026 at Annexure-B submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 28.01.2026 at Annexure-B and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19073 WP No. 10568 of 2026 6.
