Learned advocate for the Tehsildar/respondent no.1 is present. Having considered the prayer advanced by the writ petitioner, I direct the respondent no.1 to dispose of the RC Case No.602/TSVP/2025 within a reasonable period of time after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner 2 as well as the respondent no.2, to that effect if required notice be issued upon the respective parties.
