The Tehsildar and Another Ms. Bananee Mallick … for the petitioner [ on behalf Mr. Yaseem Begum] Ms. Babita Das … for the respondent no.1 Ms. Shipra Mondal … for the respondent no.2 March 23, 2026 [SR] Item No.5 The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the following prayer. “(i) In the above facts and circumstances, Your Lordships would graciously be pleased to direct the Respondent no.1 dispose of the RC Case No.602/TSVP/2025 at the earliest within a period of 3 months and such order(s) as your Lordships deem fit and proper, in the interest of justice.” Learned advocate for the respondent no.2 has entered appearance. Learned advocate for the Tehsildar/respondent no.1 is present. Having considered the prayer advanced by the writ petitioner, I direct the respondent no.1 to dispose of the RC Case No.602/TSVP/2025 within a reasonable period of time after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner 2 as well as the respondent no.2, to that effect if required notice be issued upon the respective parties.
