Ms. Manisha Paswan …for the State. 1. Petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal. 2. The petitioner is being selected in the private job but the concerned firm is directed the petitioner to provide the passport but due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the petitioner is not in a position to provide the passport to the concerned firm to join his duty. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the appellate Tribunal and the same is pending and prayed for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal for disposal of the appeal as early as possible. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5. WPA 14833 of 2026 is disposed of. 2 6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
