Hence, the case. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.Learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondent police, reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the victim is still bleeding and she was admitted in the hospital. 5. Taking into consideration the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner as against the victim aged about 78 years, who is a mentally disordered person, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
