GP FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to reckon the un-aided services rendered by the petitioners from 06.08.1984 to 01.11.1989; 28.11.1987 to 01.11.1989 for the purpose of Career Advancement Scheme and Automatic Advancement Scheme, in terms of Judgment passed in W.P. No.3460 of 2010 and batch dated 23.08.2017. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has furnished the order dated 18.02.2026 in W.P. No.28699 of 2024. A coordinate Bench of this Court disposed of the said Writ Petition recording the observations made by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P. Nos.3460 of 2010 and 19171 of 2015, directed the respondents to revise the pay scales of all the petitioners for Aided Posts by taking into consideration of their services rendered in unaided post i.e. from the date of approval in their respective schools. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to pass similar orders in the present Writ Petition. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has not refuted the same and stated that the issue is covered by the order in W.P. No.28699 of 2024. 4. Therefore, the present Writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 18.02.2026 in W.P. No.28699 of 2024, directing the respondents to revise the pay scales of the petitioners for Aided Posts by taking into consideration of their services rendered in unaided post i.e. 4 from the date of approval in their respective schools, as expeditiously as possible not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
