This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 08.08.2024, passed in WPMS No.878 of 2024, “Ratan Lal Sharma vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others”. 2. On 08.08.2024, the Co-ordinate Bench directed the Additional Collector, Ist Class, Dehradun to complete the demarcation proceeding over the property-in-question on 20.08.2024. 3. Heard Mr. Bhupesh Kandpal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J.S. Bisht, learned counsel for the respondent no.1. 4. Compliance affidavit is taken on record. 5. Mr. J.S. Bisht, Advocate, appearing for the respondent no.1 submitted that the Order dated 1 2026:UHC:2650 08.08.2024 has already been complied with. 6. After the said submissions, Mr. Bhupesh Kandpal, Advocate, for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner does not want to pursue the matter further. 7. In view of the above, this contempt petition does not require any further consideration.
